Cerebration Breakfast to Benefit the Brain Tumor Fund for the Carolinas
Limited seats are now on sale for the inaugural Cerebration breakfast fundraiser to benefit the Brain Tumor Fund for the Carolinas. The event, sponsored by Balfour Beatty Construction and Morrison Healthcare Food Services, will take place at Johnson & Wales University on Friday, August 3, 2007. A catered buffet breakfast will begin at 7:30am in the University Events Center, followed by an incredibly uplifting program in the James H. Hance Jr. Auditorium that will feature keynote speaker Dr. James Palermo sharing his personal story of hope and courage in his battle with brain cancer. Tonia Bendickson of WBTV will emcee the program, and fellow WBTV newsanchor John Carter, a prostate cancer survivor, will share his story as well. Seats are available at a cost of $150 per person.
